I use a Sumatran injection. It is the only thing that works for me right now. I also have gastroparesis, but didn't have any luck with the nasal spray.

Sumstriptan is not the best triptan for me. Zomig nasal spray works best as far as they go for me bc my stomach goes nuts. I have lots of nausea, and some vomiting and diarrhea. The pills don't absorb well with gastroparesis.

You might find, like I did, that triptans are not for you. I'm about to try migranal next time I have a migraine.

I currently take imitrex..and it makes my jaw hurt and I get super sick. I want something different.
