I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. Indeed. The migraine is bad enuf but the post migraine fatigue can last days for me. Drag!
What do you guys know about triptan overuse headaches?
I just learned of them from a nurse at my neurologist’s office. This had never been mentioned before by my neurologist and he prescribes me 30 rizatriptans per month and 7 frovatriptans per month, which covers my 20 migraines (if they decide to work). Has anyone tried the green color therapy glasses or the rose tinted color for migraines? Which color do you think is better for migraines? A neurologist online recommended the green color therapy glasses for migraines.

I took low-dose Neurontin (100 mg) at night for about 20 years for nerve pain not related to migraine. I had infrequent migraines before and during those years with neurontin
I stopped taking the Neurontin about three years ago
About a year after stopping the Neurontin, my migraines went from my having 1-4 short episodes a YEAR to having 5 to 15 of migraine days a MONTH. It’s now been 2-3 years of severe chronic migraines.
