How Do You Go About Dieting And Loosing Weight?
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

Switching to a low calorie diet, with meal replacements. Does this bother anyone? Just starting. But if I skip meals it gives me a migraine, not sure how this'll go for me. I'm not skipping any this time just substituting drinks hear and there and more veggies and still protein! Any suggestions or advice would be great!

Have you tried the Paleo diet? My acupuncturist is also a nutritionist and said I needed more protein. Just a thought.

I cannot do the replacement shakes. I have to go soda, gluten, and preservative free. Real food, small portions, more often to lose

I had success with slimming world and there was no need to replace meals and that was quite healthy. I lost about 2 and half stone (I put it back on) and it was a good diet if you keep going and keep moving about.
