My primary care doc says she has heard that this treatment decreases Chronic Migraines...in all my years & years of dealing with and researching Migraines, I have NEVER heard of this treatment.
She *really* wants me to try it, but she says she called around on it, and that insurances don't automatically cover it; the patient usually has to call and basically harass the insurance company. I have Medicare, which is INCREDIBLY awful at doing "experimental" treatments...

I have been using oxygen therapy for a few months now and find that it relaxes me when I use it - I use it when I start getting a migraine. It does seem to help, if you could just try it I would. I get it through the VA. I was in the Air Force, and they provide it for me. With migraines, I will try anything. Im sure you wlll too.
I've heard of o2 used to treat cluster headache bit not migraine! Will look at some research & get back to you :)
