Ginger Chews are basically candied ginger. They are sweet and gingery. I love them, but I don't use them for medicinally. I know that some folks get relief from ginger and I wish I did, but I don't. I usually find them in Whole Foods.

Ginger Chews are a ginger candy. They are made with ginger and sugar so if you are considering using them for migraine relief you might want to read the label first. I find them in Whole Foods and other specialty stores.
