I take my 8mg Zofran, sip on some ginger ale and nibble on some saltine crackers. I hate nausea and vomiting, I think it's one of the world's greatest evils.

My son brought me a cannabis oil vapor pipe, it was great. The pain went away but I didn't get high or get the munchies , had no side effects. I was just pain free . Unfortunately it's not legal in Virginia, the blasted governor won't approve it even though both house did; it's legal in Maryland and D.C. just not here. I'm waiting rather impatiently.

Not sure what heading I should post this under......".preventative" I suppose? But i read somewhere to drink 3 glasses of REALLY COLD water as soon as you feel a migraine coming on. It works by freezing the Trigeminal nerve apparently ( cause of a lot of our pain) its absolutely NOT what you feel inclined to do! But it has worked for me a number of times.😊

You can buy ginger candy, they take some getting used to but they're great for nausea. Most drug stores sell then . You can also buy ginger root at the grocery store. Slice off a couple of quarter size rounds and steep them in boiling water. The tea is quite soothing to the stomach, add sugar or honey if you want. It's also good for respiratory problems.

I take ginger capsules. I also take 20mg of amitriptyline every night. I have nausea related and unrelated to migraines and this seems to keep the constant nausea at bay. I still get spikes of severe nausea but this helps. And there's no side effects!
