Yes! I have found Dirty Mouth Tooth Powder has helped significantly. It helps rebuild your teeth. I've been using it for a couple months now and have noticed a big difference.

I was the same, i use sensodyne , if i miss days, the benefits goes away. Use it several times a day and see if it starts to help. it seems to work better the longer i take it. It sounds like your teeth are worse than mine, but im sensitive to hot and cold and touching styrofoam and anyone sanding and anyone rubbing hands along cardboard, stuff like that. I still cant handle those things even after using the toothpaste, but the sensitivity to hot and cold is better and can tolerate sweets and stuff again. I am so sorry i know how bad it feels.
