Thank you for taking the time to answer me. I have had different nerve blocks but never had the bad ones found by tms like machine, I had cortisone shots in the back of my head but I don't remember what they put at the front ( forehead , cheeks.etc)
I tried Botox also but I would not say it was a wonder drug always seemed to be worse after wards. ( I only tried it as my friend had some so for free I tried it)

I don't know what spg is but I used to get nerve block injections. My nuerologist would find the bad nerves through a tems like machine. He'd mark them and then give lidocain shots to each one. They were fantastic and lasted a few weeks. I hope this helps.
