Bottom lip Yes Yes Yes! I hate it. I've narrowed that symptom to missed BP medications or migraine and BP issues colliding...BP up caused migraine or Migraine shot BP up.

Yes I often get tingling in the lips with a migraine, amazing how many symptoms you can get.
