I don't know anything about meds while trying to conceive. My go to treatment when I feel a migraine starting is 3 Ibuprofen 200mg with 3 Anacin together. Anacin is aspirin and caffeine. No Tylenol. When I was pregnant I felt the best. No head aches! Unfortunately they came back and they're not hormonal! Hope they get better for you!
