I found that taking a Now Foods Tri-Amino supplement (which help me a lot in general) before the act seemed to help a bit. Also husband and I found that positions where I'm not on my back seem to help as well.
I have suffered from this, sometimes just praying for it to be over. My dr tells me that we tense during sex in our shoulders/neck & head do to anticipating what's to come. I normally take some excedrin migraine but use Walgreens brand & icemy shoulders & neck. I use a migraine hat from Amazon that is my best frienf
mostly the blood pumping thru head seems to be why. which means more mello coitis because didn't want to give it up. good luck some times just can't. if migraine already started.
