I started it almost 2 months ago. I did not notice any difference the first three weeks but at the end of the 3rd week I started noticing a difference. Since then the number of headaches I was having(daily) has decreased to about half so I’m very excited. I hope it helps you too.

Started the lower dose a month ago. For the first two weeks it dropped my chronic daily migraines by over half. Then stopped helping during week three. I could actually tell the day it stopped. I'm working with my pharmacist and doctors to see if I need prescribed the higher dose. Either way, I'm happy with the results so far. Any relief is well...a relief :-)
