Naturopath For Chronic Migraine
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I am in the Calgary, Alberta area and am wondering if anyone has used naturopath for chronic migraine and what the outcome was?
I'm thinking about trying this and looking for any feedback anyone wants to provide.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi , I’ve had the daith piercing done . Didn’t really hurt and works great for some, but not me! Magnesium tablets did help for a while .

Thanks Heidi. I take what feels like more vitamins than enough. They have helped reduce the pain a bit. Still struggle with memory fog and concentration.
Have you heard of a Daith Seed which is an acupuncture needle in the daith spot? Heard it hurts but is something to ry before getting a daith piercing.

I tried acupuncture, it did help for a few days. I also take magnesium and curcumin tablets, not sure if they help though
