I used to go to the gym on a regular basis but due the Hurricane Florence our gym was destroyed. I walk when I can but I need to get back to strength training exercise but I have found most gyms offer HITT training and that triggers my migraines. I have tried other cardio classes and the music and lights also trigger my migraines. I do yoga at home but I am much more motivated when I go to a class. I do yoga at home too. I live in a rural area and there aren't many options. I follow "Yoga with Adrienne" on YouTube so that I have guidance. It never triggered a migraine so far, and I can go far as to say it has provided some relief.
