Issues With Computers, IPads And Phone
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I love the internet and Facebook but being on my IPAD, phone and computer make my headaches worse. It can even trigger a migraine. Anyone else have that problem.

Theraspecs make blue light filtering glasses for this. I bought a pair for my 13 year old to wear when he’s on the Xbox and they seem to help.

Okay, I have info! You can get blue blocker glasses, & overlays for phones, computer screens etc.
More importantly, most electronic devices have a setting to control the amount of blue light!!!
Mine has a blue blocker setting, but night setting does the same thing. Yay!

Yes. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in what I'm doing, I don't give myself a break which can really do a number on my head.

I am a tesol online teacher. I begin teaching at 4am;
six hours straight With literally no breaks. It can really take a toll on me by late afternoon.
