I used to get a migraine 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes more than 1 aura a day. I got my daith pierced about a year ago and since then I have only had a total of 4 since I got it done. I have had the aura about 10 times but the headache never came. So for me it really helped a lot to get my daith pierced. I highly recommend it, but everyone reacts to different treatments differently.

I never got any relief from it. I had to have an MRI a couple of weeks ago and had to take it out. I didnt even bother putting it back.

I pierced both ears about 3 years ago and it didn't help at all.
