I’ve had that before only thing I did was just splash water in my face. I don’t think there’s really much you can do when your vision goes like that :(

Honestly alcohol helps or 4 ibuprofen and a Tylenol for me sometimes they get so bad it mimics a stroke I go numb can’t swallow and I lose my mind can’t think or remember words, best thing is go straight to sleep

Mine looks like an acid trip....it was zigzags....now it's black and purple and crystal diamonds all hooked together. Then pictures in my mind hanging on a wall going up the wall into the sky.

All you can do is lie down and wait for it to pass. My auras have increased drastically. I used to have cute little twinkle lights on the outer edge of my vision. Now I get super bright jags of glass or crystals that start on the outer edge and in 20 seconds, completely wipe out my vision. The pain now instantaneous hits just as my vision leaves. It lasts 10-20 minutes, then my vision returns but the headache stays. God help me if this ever hits while I'm driving!

Yes I have those all the time. Just part of the migraine you're having that day/episode.
