It is the only drug I have not tried, as it interacts w one of my other meds, and also is known to cause weight gain. I have already gained so much weight from lack of activity from migraine 2-5 xs a week. I’m terrified of gaining more because than I will have more health problems. Really interested in everyone’s experience w it.

I was allergic to Depakote

I would not do it if it interacts with another med. Drug interactions can be worse than the initial problem.

Hi. Welcome. I am on Depakote. I am sorry to say that Ive been on it for years and can't tell if it works or not. Been on so many things. Having a migraine crisis bad these days. Don't know how much more pain can be endured. Have had them for 38 years.
