Unfortunately, mine was fractured years ago, so it cannot be adjusted. But I had migraines long before this happened. But I will share this with others I know.

My chiropractor used to adjust my tailbone and pelvic bones in general with a device that I I always called the knocky knocky. I never could remember the name of that hand instrument. Anyway, sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't. The pelvic adjustments were very painful to receive. I'm not seeing any chiropractor anymore, and my migraines have increased a lot. Maybe after covid is over.
