Hi everyone! I've survived migraine for 30 years now. I didn't always get an aura but the last year has been all about them. I'm 49 now so I'm thinking hormones are the culprit possibly??? I recommend trying to find a migraine infusion clinic. They give fluids and medicine through and IV like urgent care does in the hospital. When I get this done, the pain is less severe.

Talk to your doctor about a combination of B-2 (riboflavin), CO-Q10, and Magnesium Oxide. The first two are taken in the AM. The 400mg's of Magnesium Oxide is before bed. I was having rebound headaches after having a serious migraine kick off after my second COVID Vx. I had to wean myself off of ibuprofen per Dr.'s advice. It sucked for a week, real bad, but now I am better off with the combination she has suggested.
