Triptans - I Hate Them

I usually take a triptan medication when my migraines are bad but I hate the way they make me feel after.
While the migraine pain subsides I tend to feel really achy and just plain yucky after.
What do you take to get through this phase?

Triptans are awful with side effects I would have to go try and go to sleep so I didn’t have to deal with all of them , nothing could stop them.. I’m on ubrelvy now it seems to do ok

triptans make me sleepy but since my cluster migraines most typically occur at 2am I can sleep through the night.
