Migraine Induced Insomnia
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

Who else experiences insomnia after a migraine that seemed to have already passed? It’s only every once and a while but it’s not exactly ideal.

Yes I have. I feel that when mine are really intense, it makes hard for me to sleep once the migraine has passed. I'll feel drained afterwards and just can't fall asleep. It's not as much of a problem when they're dull.

Yeah, like I don’t feel terrible. I just was hoping to sleep last night lol. But I may have had a much more significant migraine than I thought that was covered. up by all the meds in that infusion cocktail and the rescue meds I eventually had to take
