The triggers for your migraines might also trigger irritable bowel syndrome. Sorry. I’ve had to give up lots of foods I love. Start a journal. I know… just what you want to do when you’re sick.

The more pain I'm in the more nauseous I feel & then the diarrhea starts 🤮

Yes! It's taken me years to get organized migraines. Now I know some of my stomach and GI issues are related - ugh! It's a good thing because I have gastroparesis and couldn't figure this part out until recently. Okay, maybe not a good thing. Stay strong.
