I have to have a couple gel packs in the freezer at all times

I didn't get any relief from a cold pack on the back of my head/neck. But I do get some relief with the cold back on my forehead. I have frozen gel packs , headbands, and cold pack headbands.

Always use these! Migraine crown! My go-to is my ice pack from my knee surgeries

I I'm a firm believer and ice packs and have the ones that you can use on a constant basis in the freezer at all times they have a liquid in it that doesn't completely freeze hard I got them at Walgreens I think you can also get them at Walmart keep them on hand you can put them on the back of your head you can put them on the top of your head you can put them over your eyes wherever you need them they will help trust me🤗 good luck
