Thank you. Unfortunately meclizine doesn’t do a thing for me and ginger only helps a little with nausea/digestion. Just started pt so we’ll see if that helps. Definitely makes it worse to start. When I need a break from the dizziness I go for a walk and do deep breathing exercises. It’s a temporary reprieve but but at least it gives me a break. The search continues!

See a Neurologist that specializes in Migraines. With all the adcances in treatments & therapies no one should suffer like they did back in the day.

Meclizine and/or ginger (fresh) grate some and make a tea. Chrystalize works for me too, but it has a lot of sugar. The tea is good with lemon. You can add some apple cider vinegar (look for something like Braggs) for some added zing.
