I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. What is the average length of a migraine for you guys with or without medication? One hour or several days?

My migraines are definitely triggered by the barometric pressure going down. It doesn't seem to bother me when it rises. I live in the Calgary, Alberta, Canada region and we have the worst BP changes in the country. Used to love the Chinooks over the mountains as it brings warmer weather but now that I have migraines, I dread them.

My neurologist suggested massage, chiropractor and PT on my neck and shoulders for a daily persistent headache suggesting cervicogenic/tension headache/muscular skeletal also.

My migraine triggers are barometric system (weather change) I get the migraine two days before the system arrives, once it arrives just like a snap of the fingers it’s gone! I live in WI

It first started with my vision when I was driving home from work in mid January 2023.
