If doc ok try a smaller dose I take .25 milligrams or smaller any more makes me feel worse. Good Luck

I was diagnosed with chronic migraines about 2 and a half months ago. I have tried 4 different preventives and 4 different onsets. Nothing is working for me. I might have to quit my job soon as all I can do most days is lay in bed. I have chronic migraine but I was recently diagnosed with intractable. Interested in learning more.
I'm afraid to try topomax as I'm super sensitive to medications. But gabapentin not working to prevent my migraines. Would love input from others!
