I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. I got out of bed to look out the window, there was nothing. Yet the red flashing continued for a few minutes. Followed by a migraine the first time, but not every time. Sometimes it looks more like moving grayish flying shadowsā¦ read more
Once very early on in my headache journey. Now, 30 years later I have had several in a year. No headache with them but once a few years ago. That headache was more painful.
As I tally my migraine days to report to my neurologist, I have just been including head pain days
I have other symptoms, like fatigue, fogginess, depression, inability to concentrate, mental and physical heavinedd, insomnia, sugar, cravings, and I donāt count those days of those symptoms as migraine days
