I suffer v from seizures,allergies/sinuses,stress,migraines and so much more health issues my families history is a long list of health issues from cancers, to diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. Am also on medications that may cause these migraines I'm just trying to figure this thing out also hitting menopausal stages soon age wise
Thank you for all of your input, I will look into it, but as far as mentioning to my doctors I have done that and no real action has been done I'm so annoyed and if it weren't for the type of insurance I'd Leave my insurance is medicaid and Medicare very few selected doctors to choose from I've been on this for years with them. And been switched to several different medicating with the same side effects at this point I just don't know what to do🤷♀️
Reading your question, I can see quite a few places to start. Definitely discuss your history with your physician and review your meds with them as well. Several medications list headache as a known side effect. I have had to change a few medications to cut down on my episodes. Sinus and allergies are big triggers for me. Basically anything that changes the pressure in your head should be considered. To the best of my knowledge, I never had the hormones reaction, but having to move around frequently due to employment, every new doctor started there first and if you are peri-menopausal or menopausal I would definitely talk to your doctor to see if this could be a contributing factor for you. Also, you might want to Google "known migraine triggers" and see if anything on the list pops out at you. There are things on the list that you might not have ever considered. It's a long to-do list, but you could potentially weed a few sources out and sometimes it can make all the difference. Good luck 🫶
