I need help to deal with my condition.I don't mean with medicines,I mean how to deal with it emotionally and how to cope with it everyday.Do you see therapists,councillors,have treatments,go to group meetings?I need to find a way of managing my feelings of anger,depression,loneliness etc in a healthy way.I can't go on like this where I'll end up bringing everyone down with me.

I was diagnosed with chronic migraines about 2 and a half months ago. I have tried 4 different preventives and 4 different onsets. Nothing is working for me. I might have to quit my job soon as all I can do most days is lay in bed. I have nerve issues. I was diagnosed with CIPD. Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.. I would suggest seeing one if you are having those problems.
