I had a migraine attack last time I was at my neurologist's and he gave me a Nurtec sample. That stopped my migraines for two days. I don't know the cost, but would like to have some on hand.

I took propanol. I tried every combination. Only at night then 2-3 times a day (low dose). Did nothing for my migraine but made me nauseous and had diarrhea so I couldn’t go to work. Got off it.

When I got nurtec approved for everyday as prevention, it did not work for me. Very strange, but that’s how migraines are for me. Nurtec as an abortive will usually help me.

Every month when I take my Aimovig inj for the first week it seems that I have terrible migraines and then I'm better. Anyone else!? And yes... barometric/environmental systems reek havoc on my headaches also. When
weather is nice, not too hot, not too humid, just right I feel pretty good. But I also can tell way beforehand when rain is coming, or heat w/humidity,etc. too cold 🥶❄️, etc. I have Fibromyalgia too. The two seem to go hand in hand unfortunately!
