Rinse sinus with neti pot, shower and shampoo before sleep and frequently change your pillow case. These things get rid of pollen in your hair and what is on your skin that you can't even see. Pollen gets transferred from hair to pillowcase too. Was a game changer for me.

I use a Netty bottle and rinse my sinuses, use Flonase, and a nasal inhaler called a Boom Boom Stick I got at Walgreens. It helps the allergies and the migraine attacks. Benadryl at night if needed

When I do any real yard work, I wear a mask.

I have been using Flonase this year, pulmonary Dr suggested it.

Flonase (generic from Costco) and Allertec (generic Zrytec from Costco). Flonase is morning and night. Morning after blowing nose to protect during the day and at night to prevent dust in room (recommendation from my doc). I also use Simply Saline Nasal Care Daily Relief Mist Spray by Arm & Hammer to "rinse" my nasal passages if I am around dogs or cat (allergic to most) or outside and windy (pollens).
