Daily Sinus Headaches
A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I suffer from migraines every few months but have sinus headaches almost everyday. I've tried sprays from the dr, sinus flushes. Over the counter pain relief doesn't help at all. This has been happening for as long as I can remember. Any tips/ideas to relieve the pain even a little?

I had sinus surgery and that helped a lot.

Have you tried chiropractic? One time I went when I was in so much sinus pain and pressure and there was a dramatic release once I was adjusted.

Benadryl is sometimes super helpful during attacks. Our ER here in red deer gives a combo of benadryl, gravol and tordal through intravenous when migraine patients end up in emerg. Dramatically takes the edge off for sure.

I have Rhinitus 24/7 with sinus pain even though my sinuses are perfectly clear. I've just been prescribed Montelukast which my Dr said could take upto 3 months to start working. Elderberry eh?
