I take an oral pill of magnesium and wanted to know if the topical was any different or better. I've also heard of something called Migraine Defense (sold on Amazon), has anyone taken than and did it work?
I take a big gel magnesium. I can't decide if it's helping. Also a B2. 400 mg of each. I think it's making my stomach icky. But I'm still getting headaches
I got itchy dry skin from the oil unless I let it soak in and take a shower. I find the magnesium citrate powder the easiest to take . I also have ionic liquid magnesium that my doctor sells that I take every night. Still hava horrible migraines but it did seem to get worse when I took a break for a month (trying to save money).
I also have Fibro and know some people with either chronic migraines or Fibro has said good things. Have not personally tried the cream. The supplements did not help unfortunately
No, I don't have that problem, but it is a big tablet. I've seen people mention the topical magnesium and that it helps with sleep. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it. I'm tempted to try it, but and still a little leery
.
I've never tried the topical, I currently take magnesium as needed. I almost can't stomach it though, the pill is very chalky. It's even hard to open my bottle at times. Completely grosses me out. Do you have this problem?
