A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

Just saw an article about sitting in front of green led lights helps alleviate some who suffer from migraine pain. Google the article for background info. Has anyone tried?

Wow. Thanks for sharing. Seems like something I could easily try. I'm willing to try almost anything for potential relief.

I've never heard of this. I'd be willing to try it. Where do we find these lights?

I actually had the boss move me to a corner at work and had the fluorescent bulbs shut off it helps I have also lowered the contrast and brightness on my computer screens and my glasses have light block. Seems to be helping but it’s aweful

I have been using any amber screen over my lights or the Himalayan salt lamps. I'll have to look In to green. Funny I never thought of that color for relief . It been amber lights inside. You can even get you table to change over to it In its setting. And dark blue glasses for outside. Thanks for the new ideas
