Does Anyone Else Feel Sick ALL The Time?

I am on sumatriptain 50mg and also propranolol. I really don't recall if it was after taking these medicines or if it's been longer but....I feel awesome and on top of the world and when I do it's soon to come, the head pain. The nausea the sweating and stuffy head. The want stop throwing up. When the head finally stops hurting. I'm starving and the next 3/4 days I feel so beat. So tired. Still nauseated. If your migraines are bad when your not pregnant, have for many , they go away during pregnancy and sometimes stay away if you nurse. That can mean up to 18 months relief, so don't let migraines be a stumbling block. There are lots of medications out thereto treat migraines. I've had them since early childhood, age 3 is the first I remember, I'm 67 now ; mine are due to a genetic malformation of the arteries in my brain. It can't be repaired. The problem with most of the meds is either your kidney or liver doesn't like them and they need close monitoring. Also I would suggest that if you don't already , you should be seeing a board certified neurologist with a specialty in migraines to insure you are getting the best and newest care available. Also it never hurts to do some research on your own. Web MD is a good starting point. Hope this helps.

I feel nauseous a lot of the time, especially after I've had a long migraine. The only thing that seems to help is burnt toast (I know, that's disgusting) or ginger chews.

I never knew anyone else who had migraine remission during pregnancy. With my first baby, it lasted for the ten months I nursed her. With the second, the migraines came back as soon as he was born. My doctor told me it was perfectly fine to take AC&C while nursing. The pregnancy remission lasted until my fifth pregnancy, which sadly, was just like being not pregnant.
