Change In Weather Migraines? And How To Limit There Effect?

The past week it has been so warm which causes me to have migraines. Not very happy with that. Any one got any advice on how to limit the amount I get in hot weather? Help! Please!

When you go outside try to wear a hat because with the sun, sometimes it will help. I go outside with a hat when its really to hot. I drink alot of water and nothing else.

My head is better than any weather person. If I say something is moving in-it is. Unfortunately, nothing seems to help much. Virginia has more moodswings than I do! I have been in a state of pain. Even shots with Dr haven't helped. At this point, I just live one second at a time. On Qulipta, Cymbalta, Lyrica, Botox shots quarterly...it helps better than nothing. I have a range of other stuff to go with it. Needless to say, I have a high pain tolerance- as well as a high tolerance to the multitude of medication over the years. Yay me...๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Pay attention to the baromoter - sudden changes up or down can also trigger migraines

no perscription needed for the zok or Weather X has plugs for the ears which I just got to try so I don't know how that works yet...

What I do is make sure I have a bottle of water, my sun glasses and a hat because when the sun hits my head to hard, it drives me crazy and makes my migraines come more. I also make sure I eat well before going outside.
