Is there a chance you have PCOS? I have that and it took years to diagnose. However, since then, my treatment plan has changed. It also explained why I suffered with different conditions. Might want to have it checked. So sorry that you have to deal with that. I was told by my doctors that PCOS has a higher chance of having hormonal migraines even if you don't have a period. Again so sorry.

I had a hysterectomy myself and it did nothing for me. But did help my BFF

My Dad's mom had migraines. Hers quit when she went thru her change of life. My Dad has migraines and he is in his 80's. I am 55, had a hysterectomy years ago for other medical reasons and still have 15+ migraines a day. So having a hysterectomy doesn't guarantee no more migraines. Sorry.

The week before, days of, and week after are all unbearable for me. I'm actually contemplating a hysterectomy as well.
