Sunday Migraine Pattern

Have found a weekly pattern of wake Sunday morning migraine have others migraines as well but, this is a true pattern. Have tried to keep same schedule? Looking for knowledge? Thanks :)

I think there is such a thing as weekend migraine sort of a let down of the weekly stress.

Indeed :) I often over analyze worry and blame myself makes it worse when you have had them since you were little (genetic) or hormonal so many things we can’t change just healthy living and good self care

I do have a pattern similar to that. I usually have two days off together and Sunday is the second day. Maybe it catches up with us?

I try to keep the same routines but I will look closer We have a family meal Saturday night and that seems to change routine foods etc👍🏻
