I use rose or red tinted sunglasses. I've tried various optical shops and none can get the rose/red colored transition lenses so I have stocked up on cheap sunglasses that have the rose/red tint whenever I see them for sale. They have helped with the pain severity if not preventing the migraines.

I have not tried tinting on my glasses but use window tinting on my computer screens and turn them down as far as possible and this has been a life saver at work. I also turn my TV darkness down as far as possible too. Hope this helps, good luck.
