I used to provide it. I have found the best way to test foods is to take them out of your diet for 2 to 4 weeks and then add them back in one at a time to see if you get a reaction. Hope that helps.
Yes. It helped somewhat, but what affects me one time may not affect me another, so I find journaling to be a better approach. When I have a migraine I think about what I ate and see if there is something different than usual. I found onions and other veggies in the Allium family to be troublesome.
I had a doctor take me off of anything that had flavor color or texture. Super bland diet for a couple months then they let me add one food back at a time to figure out if I had dietary migraine triggers ...Some foods would trigger a pain spike when raw but not when cooked.There are some foods I avoid but if I am craving it for a few days and give in to the craving there is a 50 -50 chance of a pain spike...Good luck
Me and my kids had a allergies test done we found out my son is allergic to some food. I am not allergic to food but a little of other stuff.
