I would because I had my left one done first and wound up having to go back and get the right one done later on just get them both done at the same time and be done with it you'll be glad you did

I tried just getting one side done and it didn’t really help. I had to take it out to have an MRI and just left it out. I have a friend who had both sides down and they helped her. I had chronic migraines for 20 years and was willing to give it another try. I went to piercer she suggested. But I decided to get both done at the same time. When she did the second one it was like an actual release of pressure from my head. They have to know what they are doing and get them in the correct spot. Unfortunately, I was in the hospital to have a shoulder replacement and they tapped them down. One came out the day I got home. The migraines are worse now especially on that side. I’m getting it redone as soon as I can.

I got one on both sides, one in September and one in october of last year. I've had 5 one day headaches since, but nothing compared to the 10 day migraines I'm use to. I got the first on the side my migraines are the worst on. My next migraine I only felt in the top of my head opposite of the side I had the piercing on, so I got the second one done. It has been so freeing.

I got my daith pierced almost a year ago and I don’t regret it.... I have yet to get a migraine since I did it, my only regret is that I waited so long to do it....
