It doesn’t really help at all. I got mine done in July before my trip to Disney and I still get them the same
I have drastically reduced my sugar consumption and I get fewer migraines than I used to.....
I'm about 75 days in i have had 1 migraine since having it done. Which is a huge improvement for me. I was having 3 to 4 a week. Pain hasnt been and sleeping not an issue thanks to a donut pillow. Best thing ive tried.
I use a CBD Vape. I have noticed that this helps my depression and anxiety more than the migraines. Thanks for your response.

@A MyMigraineTeam Member look up doughnut pillow on amazon.... that is what i mean. yes the bright pink one with sprinkles, looks ridiculous but works. Are you considering getting this done?
