Hi everyone! I have been dealing with Chronic migraines sine my 20's. The Neurologist has me on Zonisamide and increased the dosage but it is not working. I have migraines pret thg much every day and miss work also i am on FMLA at work. I was thinking about tryingĀ Aimovig. Has anyone tried this and what experience did you have. Also what aboutĀ Botox? I am scared to try it.

I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. As I tally my migraine days to report to my neurologist, I have just been including head pain days
I have other symptoms, like fatigue, fogginess, depression, inability to concentrate, mental and physical heavinedd, insomnia, sugar, cravings, and I donāt count those days of those symptoms as migraine days
Sometimes these symptoms are my prodromes and sometimes my āafterā dromes.
I would love to know what people think about counting days of symptoms other than pain.
