I have both of my ears pierced with the daith. Doesn't take away my migraines. It helps with the intensity and frequency. Highly recommend it.

I just got both mine done a little over a week ago. I got them sone while having a migraine and the pain immediately went away. I’ve not had one since but I’m still skeptical.

I sware by them. Had been having a margarine for 4 days straight. Got the peircings both ears. Went home to bed. Woke up no migraine. I still get them, but they are less intense, don't last a long and are easier to control. I pray I never have to take them out

I have one of my ears pierced with the daith piercing. I feel like it reduced my migraines by 2/3. I rarely have a migraine that is as intense as they previously were nor not nearly as often. I also take preventive meds but I feel the piercing made a HUGE difference.
