Does anyone happen to have a home remedy to get rid of a migraine

I just put this out yesterday as a suggestion, but here it is again. The elbow trick. Take two bowls, fill one with ice cubes and water. Fill the other with the hottest tap water you can stand. Don't scald yourself, but get it as hot as possible. Stick your elbows in and leave for 5-10 minutes. If nothing happens, switch bowls. If it works, and the headache returns, just repeat as needed. I just broke my 3 day migraine yesterday with this and I had been taking oxy with no good results. Now I'm still headache free today.

Also I take a high concentration of CBD oil along with T-Relief in liquid form. You can't find liquid T-Relief in the stores anymore, but you can buy it through Walmart online pet supplies. Don't know why only pet supplies, but this combination has broken many migraines before they took hold of me. Worth trying anyway. It's not expensive either. It also eases muscle cramps. We learned about it from a chiropractor after my husband was hit in a car accident.
