I have 1 and it feels great during a migraine but doesn't usually fix it completely

I tried it for my cluster headaches and it didn’t help. The company allowed me to return it. Super company with professional and courteous employees. Maybe it will work for you!

Purchased one for a friend about a month ago. Still waiting to see if it helps
