Mine are weed killers and fertilizers, Fabreeze anything, petroleum hot tar, cologne and even deodorant (especially strong scented men's deo., cigar 🤢cigarette smoke, mowing of lawns. Scented candles and room deodorizers.i find I am becoming more sensitive as I get older 😕. Mold, bonfires, fireplaces, cleaning supplies, even dust. Anyone relate?

Hello friends :) Have a stess induced migraine lasting 2 days. Ive used lavender, peppermint, a little caffeine, heating pad to back of the neck, cold wash cloth to forehead, massaging, a lot of other stuff. tried Excedrin, @Tylenol, etc. of medications. I don't like taking medication and it doesn't really even put a dent in the pain.

I use essential oils to help me relax during an attack. The fragrance that works best for me is eucalyptus/spear mint I buy at Bath&Body works. It helps me sleep better at night.

I can't believe how much better I feel now that the temperature has dropped. There also does not seem to be the big fluctuations in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The thing that is still messing with my head is precipitation. I know the day before it's going to rain, then it rains and then it takes a day to feel better. That's three days out of my life. I get lots of intractable migraines that last longer that 48-72 hours & don't respond to standard treatment (also called status migrainosus). I would love to know if any of you have ideas on how to treat them?

There are some essential oils that can help you also with relaxing and sleep. Try the lavender 💜 oil for relaxing. I also really like the peppermint oil for migraine as well as peppermint tea.
