My migraines are triggered by lifting , or reaching over my head. I’m convinced there is some connection with my cervical spine being slightly out of whack? Tension in my shoulder muscles escalates the whole thing.
So sorry to hear that. Mine can be triggered by leaning down to long. I use zolmatriptan but doesn't seem to help. I want to try the newer drugs that are prevented.
Yes, a couple over the years but they scare me with that cracking! I tend to be more comfortable with physio therapy but no one has found an answer except “well don’t lift or reach over your head.”
