I can't take meds because of a TBI I suffered long ago when I was in the Marines. I take getting into nature. Nature sounds reduce stress by up to 800%. Not the kind of nature where you take yourself to a place where a grizzly bear is about to bite your head off. Soft stuff, Things that will romance your brain and soften your spirit. You are very pretty, Pay attention to you. Soften your feelings towards others. Stop the stupid stuff like gossiping ad not being able to forgive. . Think well of yourself and be kind to you. Isolate yourself from all the hate in the world. Be the kind of person You want to be.
